The home screen and the five spaces
Edit, Record, Live, Image and Music: what each space is for.
DedCut is split into five spaces, one per activity. The home screen presents them and gives access to your recent projects. The spaces work together: an image, a song or a recording moves from one to another in one click.
Where to find itOn the home screen, or with the buttons at the very top of the window to switch space at any time.
What you can do
- Edit: edit your videos.
- Record: capture your screen, a game and your webcam.
- Live: stream live.
- Image: retouch photos and create visuals.
- Music: compose and record music.
Good to know
During the holidays the home screen gets decorated (for example for Halloween); a checkbox in the settings removes it.
