Effects transform a clip: shake, neon, rain, confetti, retro, distortions… They stack and each one’s intensity can be adjusted. Effects computed by the graphics card stay smooth.
Where to find itSelect a clip, then the Effects tab. Hover a thumbnail to see the effect move.
What you can do
- “Person” effects: background blur, black and white background, outline, neon… AI cuts out the person without a green screen.
- “Face” effects: glasses, crown, ears, Halloween costumes… that follow the face.
- “To the beat” effects, synced with the strong beats of the music.
- Presets: several effects combined in one click.
Good to know
During the season, the Halloween category moves to the top of the list.
All effects are drawn by DedCut: nothing is copied from other apps.
