Reporting a bug
Tell ByKemi about a problem, in a few clicks.
DedCut is in beta: your feedback helps a lot. The “Report a bug” window prepares a message with, if you want, useful technical info (no file names or personal data). The message is sent from your own e-mail to bugs@dedcut.com.
Where to find itThe “beta” badge at the top of DedCut, or Menu > “Report a bug”, or the link at the bottom of the home screen.
What you can do
- Explain what happened and what you were doing just before.
- See exactly what is attached before sending.
- Send with Gmail, Outlook, another e-mail app, or copy the message.
Good to know
DedCut never sends anything by itself.
